A decade-long love has led to “I do” for German national team captain Michael Ballack and the mother of his three children, Simone Lambe. Raindrops could not dampen the spirits of the guests who gathered inside Schloss Kempfenhausen’s Knight’s Hall near Lake Starnberg to witness them tie the knot with the especially designed and handmade Rings by the goldsmith/designer Sabine Roemer.
After the civil ceremony, family and friends wished the newlyweds well during a party held at the Bavarian Yacht Club.
The following day, the lovebird’s union will once more be toasted during the religious wedding ceremony at Lake Starnberg, in which 200 friends enjoyed the performance of Sir Elton John.
